Attention
---------
For the correct mapping of the lights fx one should use HQLM of v2.0 from SPC TEAM. To other automobiles from this, it will be also only better. HQLM v2.0 is available here: http://gct.gta.com.ua/files/hqlm2.rar

Installation
------------
Please install with IMG Tool 2.0. This program available on many websites in "Programs" section.
Start the program and open gta3.img (check models folder in the game folder)
backup and delete following files: mesa.dff and mesa.txd ADD files from distributive archive, include paintjobs mesa1.txd, mesa2.txd, mesa.txd, mesa.txd.
Then start Windows Notepad and open file vehicles.ide (data folder), find and replace following line:

500,	mesa, 		mesa, 		car, 		MESA,	 	MESAA, 		null,	normal, 	8,	0,	0,		-1, 0.8, 0.8,		0

Save and close file. Open file handling.cfg, find and replace following line:

Replace line in carmods.dat:

mesa, nto_b_l, nto_b_s, nto_b_tw

Following number in our program installation of colors it in a file carcols.dat:
( it is 3 color model, therefore remove an original line mesa and copy a below-mentioned line for car4 in alphabetic order)

mesa, 44,41,46,46,  79,71,71,71, 6, 104,104,104, 84,55,55,55, 1, 75,75,75,  46,73,73,73,  0,61,65,65,  6,61,61,61,  3,30,30,30
